- "Is my UniFi Controller running on a dedicated server?"
Yes every Controller we deploy is running on their own dedicated server. Hardware specifications differ per subscription tier.
- "What happens if my network exceeds the maximum amount of devices?"
Support will contact you if the maximum amount of connected Ubiquiti devices is reached. If you like we can change your subscription to a higher tier without any downtime.
- "Is it possible to manually download backups from my UniFi Controller?"
Yes. By loggin in to your UniFi Controller you will be able to create and download a backup.
- "What level of support can I expect?"
Our team provides support by chat and email. Support includes server-side topics such as UniFi settings and Client side such as installed access points.
